Sheet metal fabrication is the process of cutting, forming, and joining metal components to build custom ductwork, exhaust systems, and other HVAC-related metal structures. Most HVAC contractors order standard duct components from a supplier and adapt them to fit. Air Plus fabricates custom components in our own shop using welded black iron, black plate, aluminum, and stainless steel, which allows us to build parts to the exact specifications of your home’s system rather than using off-the-shelf parts that require compromise. In-house fabrication also allows us to complete complex custom installations faster than contractors who depend on third-party suppliers.
