Air Plus Heating and Cooling has been serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky since 1993. Founded by Rob Raby, the company is family-owned and operated out of Reading, Ohio, and has grown into one of the region’s most recognized HVAC contractors over more than three decades of service.

What does it mean to be a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer?

Carrier Corporation designates Factory Authorized status only to dealers who meet strict annual benchmarks for technical training, customer satisfaction, and service quality. As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, Air Plus technicians receive direct training on Carrier equipment and are held to a higher performance standard than the industry average. In 2025, Air Plus also received the Carrier President’s Award, which is given to fewer than 1% of Carrier dealers in the country.

Does Air Plus offer same-day heating and cooling service?

Yes. Air Plus offers same-day service for most heating and cooling calls, including weekends. Customers enrolled in the Air Plus Perks program receive 24-hour priority service, 365 days a year, including holidays.

Does Air Plus offer financing for new HVAC equipment?

Yes. Air Plus offers multiple financing options through Wells Fargo Bank, FTL Finance, and Microf. Options include low-interest and deferred-interest plans for qualified applicants, as well as a rent-to-own program through Microf that requires no credit check. What is the Air Plus Perks program, and what does it include

The Air Plus Perks program is Air Plus’s annual maintenance membership. Members receive two performance tune-ups per year, 24-hour priority emergency service 365 days a year, up to 40% off all replacement parts, no trip charges on service calls, an energy-saving coil cleaning, and a 30-day labor warranty on all services. The program is designed to extend the life of your system and catch problems early before they turn into expensive repairs.

They gave me a couple of options on a 21 year old AC and gave me their honest opinion. I appreciate that they understand my situation and are willing to help me get back up and running as soon as possible. Great company and I highly recommend them.

Update: they installed a whole new system and very professional install by Dave,Tristian, and Tony. Mike was able to get me an affordable system and he did a great job with having it installed quickly as temps will be in the 80’s next week.
